PROVIDE: Paris Agreement Overshooting – Reversibility, Climate Impacts and Adaptation Needs

Overshooting the Paris Agreement 1.5°C temperature thresholds is a distinct possibility, but what does such temperature overshoots imply for the planning and design of adaptation action?
